VSL Editor for Facebook Ads (Full-Time or Part-Time)

We’re looking for an experienced VSL Editor who truly understands direct-response marketing and has edited proven winning creatives for eCommerce brands.

If you’ve worked with brands doing $100k+/month in revenue, this is for you.

???? About the Role

You’ll be responsible for editing short and long-form ---------- for Facebook Ads that convert cold traffic.
We’re not looking for someone who just “cuts clips” - we need someone who understands performance editing, pacing, emotional storytelling, and how to make viewers stop scrolling.

???? What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience editing high-performing VSLs (not UGC mashups or simple cuts)

- Deep understanding of direct-response principles (hooks, pattern interrupts, call-to-action timing, etc.)

- Strong sense of storytelling and pacing

- Excellent English comprehension for matching visuals with spoken script

- Experience working with brands that spend on paid traffic

- Understanding of Facebook ad compliance & formatting is a plus

? Requirements

- Minimum 1 years of experience editing VSLs for DTC/eCommerce brands

- Must have edited at least one proven winning creative that scaled successfully

- Must have worked with brands doing at least $100k/month

- Strong understanding of VSL structure (Hook ? Lead ? Problem ? Mechanism ? Proof ? CTA)
