We’re looking for a creative, fast-thinking video editor who can turn raw, handheld footage into inspiring, story-driven short films that make people stop scrolling.

Think Simon Squibb – real, honest, cinematic storytelling that builds emotion, purpose, and connection.
We’ll capture the raw footage. You’ll be the magician who shapes it into something people feel.

What You’ll Do
• Edit daily/weekly founder videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
• Build a clean narrative arc from spontaneous clips (hooks, tension, payoff)
• Add captions, B-roll, and sound design that punches
• Keep pacing fast but authentic — no over-editing or corporate gloss
• Suggest creative ideas for framing and storytelling
• Manage feedback cycles quickly (we move fast!)

You Should Have
• Proven short-form editing experience (please share reels or links)
• Strong storytelling instincts — knows what makes audiences engage
• Comfort editing for LinkedIn/YouTube vertical formats
• Attention to detail and great ear for pacing, tone, and music
• Reliability — quick turnaround without losing quality

Project Details
• Ongoing freelance / remote role (2–4 videos per week to start)
• All footage supplied (you won’t need to film)
• Creative freedom to experiment and shape tone
