Real Estate Media Client Deliverables Specialist (Entry-Level, Trainable)

Company: Aerial Shots Media (Central Florida, USA)
Compensation: $4–$5 USD/hour (part-time 20 hrs to full-time) + 13th-month after probation
Schedule: Start part-time (20 hrs/week). Transition to full-time based on performance. 2–3 hrs/weekday overlap with US Eastern Time preferred for handoffs.

About the Role

You’ll own the “last mile” of delivery. We’ll train you. Your focus is speed + quality:

Download edited media
Quality Assurance the set
Make sure colors look vibrant and bright
Use Photoshop (Lasso + Generative Fill) to remove small distractions (cables, clutter, wall plates, reflections, signage) until the image looks natural and clean
Create simple lot lines (we’ll show you)
Upload and organize photos in Aryeo in a clean, consistent order
Create Virtual Twilights and Virtual Staging
Attach floor plans, Zillow 3D links, and video links
Send the delivery to clients and follow simple message templates to confirm satisfaction and request reviews/referrals
Submit any re-edit requests with clear notes and screenshots
No prior real estate background required. If you’re tech-savvy, coachable, fast, and detail-oriented, you’ll do well here.

What You’ll Do (Daily)
Download photo/video sets and run a checklist QA (we provide).
In Photoshop, use Lasso ? Generative Fill to remove distractions and straighten/clean minor issues.
Build the final package in Aryeo: upload, rename/order, add floor plan, paste Zillow 3D link, add video URL.
Send client deliverables using our templates; log notes in the portal.
Track turnarounds; escalate if anything risks delay.
Note: No phone calling required at start. Follow-ups are via portal/email/chat. If you already have your own phone/VoIP and want to help with calls later, great but not required.

You Must Have
Strong English reading/writing; clear, simple communication.
Photoshop-capable computer (Generative Fill runs smoothly), stable internet.
Recommended: 16GB RAM+, modern CPU/GPU; wired or strong Wi-Fi.
Quick learner; can follow SOPs precisely.
Eye for detail at 100% zoom (you catch crooked frames, missed cords, cloning artifacts).
Reliability: you hit deadlines.

Nice to Have (optional)
Basic knowledge of portals (Aryeo or similar), Google Drive folders.
Simple image markup (arrows/notes) for edit requests.

Training & Growth
Week 1–2: SOPs, live screenshare practice, 2–3 timed micro-tests.
Weeks 3–4: Own small deliveries end-to-end with review.

Conversion: Part-time ? full-time based on speed + accuracy + reliability.

Success Looks Like
On-time deliveries, consistently.
Clean, realistic generative fills (no repeating textures or obvious cloning).
Organized, correctly linked Aryeo packages.
Clear, polite client messages; simple, accurate edit tickets.

Compensation & Benefits

a) How do you know a generative fill looks real? What do you zoom in to check?
b) Where would you place the Zillow 3D link and floor plan link in a property delivery?
c) Write a short, polite message to a client sending their delivery and asking for a review if they’re happy.
