Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to help us manage and grow our online sales across various marketplaces (Walmart, Decathlon, ---------- , etc.).
You will be responsible for creating product listings, managing accounts, and integrating our stores with tools like ShipStation and other fulfillment systems.

Responsibilities:

Create and optimize product listings on multiple marketplaces

Register and manage seller accounts (Walmart, Decathlon, ---------- , etc.)

Set up and maintain integrations with ShipStation and other tools

Coordinate with our internal team to ensure accurate inventory and order flow

Perform routine updates and troubleshoot listing/integration issues

Requirements:

Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or similar)

Familiarity with ShipStation or other shipping/integration systems

Good written and spoken English

Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently

Preferred:

Experience with marketplace onboarding processes

Basic understanding of CSV product feeds and APIs

Work Hours: Flexible (remote)
