Content & PR Outreach VA (Publishing | Guest Posting | Backlinks)

We are a multi-brand U.S. accounting firm with strong online visibility and niche specialization (crypto, cannabis, real estate, and small business). We’re seeking a **Content & PR Outreach VA** to publish articles and manage public relations outreach.

You’ll help us get featured in industry publications, coordinate guest post submissions, and repurpose internal blogs into press content.

Responsibilities:
- Research industry-specific publications and media sites
- Submit guest articles or editorials for publication
- Track all submissions and follow-ups in ----------
- Repurpose blog posts into short guest features
- Assist with backlinking and SEO-related outreach
- Coordinate with our copywriter and marketing VA for content
- Prepare monthly PR & media report

Requirements:
- Excellent written English
- Experience with PR outreach, link-building, or SEO
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Gmail outreach
- Consistent follow-up and reporting skills

Schedule & Availability:
- 20–25 hours per week
- Must overlap **at least 2–3 hours/day with 10 AM–2 PM EST (U.S.)**
- Flexible schedule for outreach and responses

Compensation:
**$600–$900 USD/month**
