Virtual Assistant Role: Creative Content & Systems Support

About the Role
As the Creative Content & Systems Support VA, your primary responsibility is to support backend execution and content workflows across our media, coaching, and digital product verticals. You'll play a vital role in formatting and publishing content, developing branded assets, supporting light automations, and helping manage our Notion-based systems.

This is a part-time, long-term opportunity for someone who loves supporting visionary entrepreneurs through structure, creativity, and self-directed initiative. You’ll help turn ideas into systems — and content into growth.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Newsletter & Content Engine
- Format and publish The Unlearning Edge newsletter in Beehiiv using pre-written drafts
- Create newsletter visuals (headers, CTA blocks, post banners) in Canva
- Repurpose content from newsletter into social post templates
- Maintain the Newsletter Pipeline in Notion (idea ? draft ? edit ? scheduled ? repurpose)
- Track content reuse across LinkedIn, lead magnets, and micro-products
2. Visual Brand Support
- Design logos, headers, thumbnails, and social assets in Canva
- Maintain a Brand Asset Library in Notion (logos, fonts, colors, brand boards)
- Create presentation slide templates for future courses, webinars, or talks
- Build Canva templates for:
- Quote cards
- Carousel posts
- Reel/static thumbnails
- “Coming soon” announcements or product teasers
3. Light Automation + Systems Integration
- Set up and maintain basic Zapier automations (e.g., form ? sheet ? tag ? email)
- Maintain clean, organized file systems (Google Drive, Notion)
- Assist with building a simple “Automation Map” in Notion to track triggers and workflows
4. Notion Workspace Contribution
You will support—not lead—the setup and maintenance of our Notion ecosystem. Your tasks may include:
- Navigate and update dashboards
- Maintain the VA Workspace
- Use the Newsletter Engine board
- Add files to Brand Assets & SOPs folders
- Work within pre-designed pages
- Learn page sharing and permission settings

30-Day Priorities (First Focus Areas)
- Newsletter systematization: 2–3 newsletters pre-scheduled + repurposing pipeline set up
- Logo design for Emergent Path Group LLC + supporting brand templates
- Visual templates for content types: posts, reels, decks
- Onboarding into Notion workspace: contribute to VA dashboard + content engine board
- Set up simple automations using Zapier
- Support documentation and organization for launch systems

Growth Opportunities
- Support course builds, product launches, community setup
- Expand into video content editing, CRM tagging, or internal operations
- Training in AI tools (e.g., custom GPTs, Beehiiv automations, Notion AI)
