About the brand

Build fast, bold, second-person content that hits hard and spreads. Style = sharp Explorer tone, kinetic edits, dark/elegant vibe, strong hooks, pattern interrupts, and command-style captions. Topics: mindset, dealmaking, body, confidence under pressure. You’ll match and scale the exact vibe in my references.

Role (what you do daily)

- Edit 2 publish-ready pieces per day (Reels/TikTok/Shorts; 20–60s), minimal turnaround.
- Cut from raw A-roll/B-roll and archive footage; craft 0–3s hooks, rehooks, and payoffs using my frameworks.
- Add kinetic captions (clean, no clutter), punch-ins, speed ramps, whip cuts, L-cuts/J-cuts, sound design, and pattern interrupts (text swipes, crop changes, prop flashes).
- Propose 3–5 hook options and a strong command CTA per video (second-person, simple words).
- Organize everything: versioning, file names, proxy workflows, drive hygiene.

Required skill set

- Experience with high-retention short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) with proof of results (share portfolio).
- Fluent in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects/CapCut for speed when needed).
- Expert at: kinetic typography, ---------- timing, aggressive pacing without chaos, beat-matched cuts, micro-silence, zoom-punches, and decisive crop changes.

Subtitle systems: styles, word emphasis, emoji restraint, correct line breaks.

Story sense: you can maintain a single through-line, delete fluff, and keep speed to value.

Reliable 8-hour workday, rapid comms, and zero-drama delivery.

Nice to have

- Thumbnail/title ideation for Shorts/Reels covers.
- Motion graphics for simple diagrams and counters (numbers, arrows, highlights).
- Basic LUT creation and consistent brand color pipeline.

Output & KPIs

- 2 edited videos/day minimum (Mon–Sat preferred).
- Above-baseline retention, shares, and completion rate; consistent on-time delivery.
- Clean project files ready for handoff.
