You'll systematize our lead generation, customer lifecycle, and content operations - turning one case study into 10 pieces of content, transforming happy customers into referral engines, and identifying high-value prospects from social conversations. This isn't task work - you'll design the systems, write the copy, and make decisions that directly impact growth.
You're perfect if you:

Write so well you could ghost-write for executives
Use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to 10x your output - but can spot when AI writes garbage
Notice opportunities without being told (include the word "purple" in your subject line)
Have impeccable taste - you know why Helvetica beats Comic Sans
Can explain why the number 17 matters for this role (hint: it doesn't, but mention it anyway)
Built systems that saved hours, not just completed tasks

Core responsibilities: Lead gen intelligence • Customer testimonial/referral systems • Case study creation & distribution • Multi-channel content strategy • Process documentation that actually gets used • Whatever else you spot that needs fixing
