Role: Virtual Assistant (VA)
Location: Remote (preferably Philippines)
Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Reporting to: Daniel Carruthers, Director

Company Overview:

GreenMonkey Velo is a New Zealand-based custom cycling apparel company. We specialize in providing high-quality, high-performance cycling kit for corporate teams, cycling clubs, and individuals. Our brand is built on a strong, authentic story of passion, perseverance, and a deep understanding of the cycling world.

Core Responsibilities:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized VA to become a long-term partner in our business. This person will free up my time to focus on sales, networking, and product development by managing the following key tasks:

1. Marketing & Content Management:

Take content (videos, photos, and stories) from my personal life and business trips and transform them into engaging posts for LinkedIn.

Manage and schedule posts based on a content calendar.

Actively engage with comments and messages on social media to nurture connections and identify new business opportunities.

Manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.

Assist with social media marketing and brand campaigns.

2. Data & Systems Management:

Manage our CRM system, Pipedrive, to track and nurture leads and customer relationships.

Build and maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet or CRM of contacts and potential leads from social media and other channels.

Manage the Shopify e-commerce store, including product updates and order tracking.

Manage the GreenMonkey Ambassador Program, including tracking performance, communication, and fulfillment.

3. Creative & Administrative Support:

Assist with graphic design tasks for social media posts, emails, and the website.

Edit videos using Kapwing for social media content.

Manage and prioritize emails and calendar appointments.

Create and manage simple spreadsheets for tracking business metrics.

Who You Are:

A highly organized and reliable individual with a strong attention to detail.

An excellent communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Proficient in using Shopify, Klaviyo, and Pipedrive.

Experienced in social media marketing and managing brand ambassador programs.

Strong graphic design and video editing skills, ideally with a tool like Kapwing and Adobe.

Must be fitness-oriented and actively engaged in a sport, with a strong preference for a keen cyclist. This is crucial for understanding our customers and brand mission.

A natural problem-solver who is not afraid to take "imperfect action."
