Virtual Assistant – Social Media Marketing & Tax Business Support

We are seeking a high-level Virtual Assistant with strong social media marketing, onboarding, and tech skills to join our growing tax and financial training company. This position requires creativity, organization, and the ability to manage multiple systems while supporting our team of mentees and tax professionals.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing
Create and post flyers, videos, and creative content daily
Assist tax preparers with cleaning up and professionalizing social media pages
Build ad campaigns and engagement strategies
Onboarding & Training Support
Manage new mentee onboarding process (Jotform, communication, setting expectations)
Guide mentees into classrooms/university platforms and explain processes
Check in with tax team to prepare them for tax season (marketing + organization)
Tech & Classroom Development
Build and manage online classrooms/universities (Thinkific app or similar platforms)
Use AI tools for photo editing, video creation, and classroom/advertising content
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI tools and integrations
Admin & Marketing Support
Prepare marketing materials for tax team promotions
Create email campaigns (Constant Contact familiarity preferred)
Maintain weekly spreadsheets for payroll and tax preparer activity
Support operations with light tax office admin (tax software familiarity is a plus)
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media marketing & content creation
Fluent in Jotform and comfortable training others
Familiar with Thinkific (or similar LMS platforms for classroom building)
Strong knowledge of AI tools for creative content (photo/video editing, marketing automation)
Familiar with Constant Contact or other email marketing platforms
Strong organizational and communication skills
Tax software/tax office background is a strong PLUS
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
