About the Role
I am looking for a highly versatile and reliable person to act as my right hand in managing multiple companies and projects. This is not a standard assistant role. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, from operations to marketing, and will be trusted to take ownership where needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily business operations across multiple companies
• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of projects
• Handle communication, scheduling, and follow-ups with partners, clients, and suppliers
• Research, prepare summaries, and provide recommendations for decision-making
• Monitor performance and report on key metrics
• Take initiative in solving problems and improving processes

• Extremely versatile and adaptable, able to switch between different tasks and industries
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and resourceful
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and processes quickly
