OUTBOUND APPOINTMENT SETTER

100% Remote
Part-time (6 hours/day or 30hrs/week)
Monday-Friday, PST
$5/hr

A California-based company is in need of a part-time outbound appointment setter.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Primarily does outbound calls to homeowners;
> Set appointments for qualified leads;
> Manage CRM to maintain all client and lead information.
> Achieves sales targets

Skill Requirement:
> Must have excellent communication and active listening skills;
> Willing to work graveyard shift [US-PST];
> Experience in appointment setting in a b2b, b2c sales setting whether in person or in a virtual setting is required;
> Team-leader in a BPO industry is a big plus too, but not required;
> Law students preferred, but not required.
> Knowledge in probate/partition is a big, big plus, but not required (We will provide training).

Minimum Technical requirements:
> Must have own laptop/pc
> Must have a WIRED noise-cancellation headset
> Must have an area conducive for working and free from unnecessary noise
> Must have stable main and back-up internet.

Start rate: $5/hr [30 hrs per week, paid weekly]
