Role:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Carousel Editor who deeply understands how design drives engagement and sales. Someone who listens, communicates clearly, and knows how to create content that doesn’t just look beautiful, it moves people to book, buy, or support.

Your Role Includes:

• Designing Instagram carousels, reels covers, and promotional posts

• Understanding our tone: earthy, feminine, luxury meets purpose

• Creating visuals that attract bookings, donations, and collaborations

• Using data and feedback to adjust what performs well

• Supporting ad design and marketing visuals when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who listens carefully and executes the vision clearly

• Strong Canva skills (bonus: Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Understands marketing psychology and how to design for emotion and conversion

• Reliable, organised, and results-driven

• Passionate about helping mums and families thrive
