Podcast Publishing Assistant

I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Podcast Publishing Assistant to help me with the weekly release of my podcast. The role involves uploading episodes, creating simple visuals, and ensuring each episode is published smoothly across platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
*Upload weekly podcast episodes to YOUTUBE and PODBEAN

*Create BASIC THUMBNAILS in CANVA (templates provided)

*Write and upload EPISODE DESCRIPTIONS and CAPTIONS

*Update and publish episodes on my WORDPRESS WEBSITE

*Ensure all uploads are formatted consistently and released on schedule

REQUIREMENTS
*Strong ENGLISH skills (written and spoken)

*Experience with YOUTUBE, PODBEAN (or similar podcast platforms), and WORDPRESS

*Basic CANVA design skills

*Attention to detail and ability to follow templates/guidelines

*Reliable internet connection

NICE TO HAVE
*Familiarity with podcasting tools or audio/video publishing

*SEO-friendly writing for descriptions

WORKLOAD & PAY
*Approximately 3–5 HOURS PER WEEK

*Paid monthly (negotiable)

LONG-TERM, ONGOING ROLE for the right person
