We’re looking for a creative and talented Thumbnail Artist who can design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails in a style similar to Agent Flappy.

What we’re looking for:
• Experience creating engaging YouTube thumbnails with strong visual hierarchy (knowing what grabs attention)
• Solid skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools (Canva, Affinity, etc. also fine)
• Creativity and a good eye for composition, colors, and typography
• Ability to work consistently within a specific style or branding
• Quick turnaround times and strong communication
• Open to feedback, revisions, and collaboration
• (Bonus) Experience with gaming, entertainment, or trend-related content
