We are seeking a driven Call Center Rep / Appointment Setter to join our Sales Team!

Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone.
Responding to Internet Lead requests promptly.
Be a liaison between customers and the Sales Agents
Must be comfortable with computer programs and smart devices.


Requirements:

Call Center Experience a Plus.
Financial Services/Appointment Setter/Collections Experience Preferred.
Excellent phone voice. MUST be able to speak english fluently.
Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor.
Ability to follow instructions from the Business Development Manager.
MUST have computer, headset, high speed reliable internet. (we will conduct speed tests before shits begin)

Positive Attitude.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivation and self-sufficient.
Proficiency with Go High Level
Drive to succeed customer expectations.
