Real esate media VA

We are a U.S.-based real estate media company providing high-quality photos, videos, floor plans, and virtual tours for real estate listings. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage the delivery side of our operations — handling photo and video uploads, quality checking, and client delivery.

Key Responsibilities

? Photo & Video Management
• Receive photos from our photo editor and upload them to HDPhotoHub.
• Receive videos from our video editor and upload them to HDPhotoHub or the client’s delivery folder.
• Review (quality check) all media before sending to clients — checking for missing files, color consistency, video errors, or branding issues.
• Request revisions from editors if needed.

? Organization & Labeling
• Properly label and organize all photos, videos, and floor plans in HDPhotoHub.
• Maintain consistent file naming and project folder structure.

? Client Delivery
• Send finalized media packages to clients via HDPhotoHub or direct email.
• Upload virtual tours (Zillow 3D Home / Matterport) to the property’s listing site or client account.

? Communication & Coordination
• Handle basic email communications with editors and clients (status updates, revision requests, etc.).
• Communicate clearly with our team for project updates and delivery timelines.

Requirements

?? Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
?? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
?? Reliable internet connection and ability to handle large media files.
?? Experience with HDPhotoHub or similar platforms (preferred).
?? Familiarity with Zillow 360, Matterport, or other real estate tour platforms (a plus).
?? Comfortable with file transfer tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.).
?? Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
