???? We’re Hiring – Paid Ads Specialist (Remote, 3 Days a Week)
Nice Design Store (NDS) is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses achieve real results through design, strategy, and smart advertising. We’re looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis.
Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for planning, setting up, and optimising ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and potentially LinkedIn. This role requires someone who thrives on both creativity and data — crafting ads that convert while analysing performance and scaling what works.
Key Responsibilities:
? Run and optimise paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn a bonus)

? Apply best practices in ad optimisation (A/B testing, audience targeting, budgeting)

? Deliver daily updates on activity and performance

? Provide detailed weekly and monthly success reports

? Work collaboratively with our creative and strategy teams

? Identify new growth opportunities and suggest improvements

What We’re Looking For:
? Proven experience running paid ads with measurable results

? Strong knowledge of ad optimisation techniques (A/B testing, bid strategies, retargeting, etc.)

? Excellent communication and teamwork skills

? Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven

? Able to work independently while staying accountable to the team



Working Hours:
? 3 days per week (8 hours per day)

? Flexible hours between 9 AM – 10 PM BST

? Remote role (you will not be based in the UK)
