Full Stack Developer (Laravel / PHP / Vue.js)
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time (6–8 hours per day)
Experience Level: Senior
About Us
We’re a modern digital company working on a mix of startup projects and client development — from SaaS platforms to custom business tools and marketing systems.
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of projects, write clean and scalable code, and bring ideas to life independently.
You’ll be working closely with the founder and a small remote team, in an environment that values speed, quality, and clear communication.
Tech Stack We Use
- Backend: Laravel (main), PHP (CodeIgniter or Native PHP experience a big plus)
- Frontend: Vue.js (main), React (optional but great to have)
- Database: MySQL / MariaDB
- Version Control: Git / GitHub
- Optional: WordPress (nice to have for smaller client websites)
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve web applications using Laravel and Vue.js.
- Build APIs and integrate them with front-end or third-party services.
- Take full ownership of projects — from architecture and database design to deployment.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and external freelancers when needed.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily check-ins.
- Ensure code quality through proper testing, reviews, and QA before releases.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Occasionally help with smaller client projects (landing pages, integrations, etc.).
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Laravel / PHP development.
- Strong front-end knowledge with Vue.js (React is a plus).
- Experience with CodeIgniter or Native PHP projects is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of MySQL, REST APIs, and MVC architecture.
- Comfortable managing projects independently (without micro-management).
- Experience working with small remote teams or startups.
- Good communication in English (written & spoken).
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented.
Nice to Have
- WordPress knowledge (custom themes, plugins, or headless integration).
- Experience with Docker, AWS, or other DevOps tools.
- Previous work in a SaaS or product-based environment.
- Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and usability.
Working Hours
- Minimum 6–8 hours per day (full-time).
- Flexible schedule, but availability for 2–4 hours overlap with European time (CET) is preferred.
- Long-term cooperation strongly preferred.
Compensation
- Competitive salary
- Full-time remote contract with room for growth and leadership responsibilities.
- Potential for performance-based bonuses and project ownership.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who:
- Thinks like a problem solver, not just a coder.
- Can work independently and manage priorities.
- Enjoys a startup mindset — fast, flexible, and proactive.
- Can later lead small teams or mentor junior developers.
How to Apply
Please include:
- Your CV / Resume (PDF or LinkedIn).
- Links to projects or GitHub repositories you’ve worked on.
- A short paragraph explaining why you’d be a great fit for this role.
- Your expected monthly rate (in PHP).
- Your available start date and daily working hours.
