Outreach Specialist (SEO Agency) – Experienced Hire

We are a web and mobile app agency doing a lot of SEO work for ourselves. We occasionally also have client work.
We are seeking an experienced Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in building relationships, acquiring high-quality backlinks, and driving visibility for our clients across multiple industries. If you’re a proactive communicator who understands SEO, link-building strategies, and relationship-driven outreach, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and connect with publishers, bloggers, influencers, and webmasters for link-building opportunities.
- Execute and manage high-quality outreach campaigns that align with SEO strategies.
- Negotiate and secure guest posting, content placement, and partnership opportunities.
- Maintain and expand a database of contacts, prospects, and successful outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with our SEO and content teams to align outreach with content marketing goals.
- Track, measure, and report on outreach performance and backlink acquisition.

Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in outreach, link-building, or digital PR (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, white-hat link-building, and Google Webmaster Guidelines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency with outreach tools (Pitchbox, BuzzStream, ---------- , or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with publishers, editors, or influencers in multiple industries.
- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or other SEO/analytics tools.
- Background in digital marketing, PR, or content strategy.
