Shopify Website & Design Manager – Luxury Beauty Brand

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Shopify Website & Design Manager to maintain, update, and elevate our beauty e-commerce store. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sense of design, an understanding of luxury aesthetics, and hands-on experience managing Shopify websites that convert.

Responsibilities

Website Design & Management

Update and maintain the Shopify store, ensuring it’s visually fresh, on-brand, and user-friendly.

Create and optimize homepage banners, collection layouts, and product pages for better flow and sales.

Upload and organize high-quality images, visuals, and design elements.

Content & Product Updates

Edit product descriptions, titles, and SEO details to keep listings accurate and appealing.

Refresh website sections regularly with new collections, campaigns, or seasonal updates.

Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and visuals throughout the site.

Performance & Optimization

Monitor site speed, layout, and overall performance; make improvements as needed.

Implement Shopify apps, integrations, or design changes that enhance customer experience and conversion rates.

Stay updated on e-commerce and design trends within the beauty and fashion industries.

Collaboration

Coordinate with the marketing team to align site updates with campaigns, launches, and content schedules.

Communicate efficiently to ensure quick turnarounds on updates and fixes.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing or designing Shopify websites (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).

Familiarity with Shopify themes, Liquid, and top-performing apps.

Eye for clean, modern, luxury-inspired design.

Skilled in Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools for web visuals.

Knowledge of UX/UI, basic SEO, and e-commerce optimization.

Organized, proactive, and reliable with excellent communication skills.

Hours & Availability

Part-time or project-based, remote position.

Flexible schedule with regular progress check-ins.
