Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and manage content across
Design branded graphics, posts, and reels using Canva
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track performance metrics
Automation & Lead Nurturing
Build and optimize ManyChat flows for lead capture and follow-up
Set up automated responses, drip campaigns, and calendar links
Content Creation
Write compelling newsletters, blogs, and captions that reflect our brand voice
Repurpose content across platforms for maximum reach
Client Support & Scheduling
Set appointments, confirm bookings, and manage calendar syncs
Provide light customer service via
CRM Management
Maintain and organize contacts in Follow Up Boss
Tag leads, track pipeline stages, and support campaign execution

Experience in social media management and virtual assistance
Proficient in Canva, ManyChat, and Follow Up Boss (or similar CRMs)
Strong writing skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and responsive
Bonus: Experience in real estate, branding
