Job Overview
We are hiring a Sales-Oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to support multiple U.S.-based businesses with administrative, client communication, and coordination tasks.
This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who is confident on the phone, strong in written and spoken English, highly organized, and reliable with follow-through.
You’ll manage calls, contracts, client communication, and project updates across several departments — accuracy, accountability, and responsiveness are key.

Responsibilities
• Make and receive client calls and follow-ups (minimum 100 calls weekly).
• Send texts, schedule meetings, and track correspondence.
• Prepare, proofread, and send contracts, NDAs, and documents for signature (DocuSign).
• Maintain records, spreadsheets, and CRM entries accurately.
• Track deadlines and ensure commitments are met without reminders.
• Coordinate internally with tea
• Support light marketing, document organization, and research tasks.
• Offer help to teammates when your assigned work is complete.
Skills Required
• Confident, clear English-speaking voice for phone and Zoom communication.
• Excellent written communication and grammar.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
• DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat (form creation/editing)
• Dropbox (granting/denying access, file management)
• Fast learner who can figure out new systems independently.
• Excellent attention to detail — accuracy and completion are non-negotiable.
• Reliable, honest, and accountable — shows up, checks work, and communicates daily.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and fast turnaround times.

Work Schedule
