Meta Ads Lead Generation Specialist (Debt Consolidation/Advice)

About the Role:
We are a fast-growing lead generation agency seeking an expert in running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns to generate high-quality, exclusive leads for debt consolidation and financial advice services. You will own campaign strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting, ensuring all leads are compliant, contactable, and ready for client follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns targeting individuals seeking debt consolidation or financial advice.
Build and test high-converting lead forms or quiz funnels (Heyflow, Typeform, Outgrow, or similar) to pre-qualify prospects.
Write compelling ad copy and select creative assets that resonate with consumers in need of debt solutions.
Set up tracking (pixels, UTMs), manage budgets, and optimize for lowest cost per qualified lead (CPL).
Monitor lead quality, ensure compliance (GDPR, consent, privacy), and minimize spam/fraud.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare weekly reports, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads meet quality and volume targets.

Requirements:
2+ years’ hands-on experience running Meta ads for B2C lead generation (debt, finance, insurance, or similar a plus).
Proven track record of delivering exclusive, high-intent leads to financial services or similar regulated verticals.
Experience with quiz/assessment funnels (Heyflow, Typeform, Outgrow, or similar) and advanced lead forms.
Strong copywriting skills, with examples of ads that performed well in the debt/finance niche.
Familiarity with GDPR/consent and privacy best practices.
Analytical, proactive, and able to work independently.
Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, TikTok, or other paid channels for financial lead
