JOB OVERVIEW

???? Full-Time Coloring Book Producer / Graphic Designer

Hi! I’m Morgan, a female artist who creates transformational and spiritual art, music, and books. I’m looking for a dedicated full-time graphic designer who is skilled in both print and digital design, with a strong passion for art, detail, and beauty.

You’ll help bring my hand-drawn artwork to life across multiple print forms—creating coloring books, fine art editions, and marketing collateral—while preserving the integrity, emotion, and energy of each piece.

We’ll be launching 4–6 coloring books per year, distributed through IngramSpark, local print shops, and print-on-demand platforms.

?

? Key Responsibilities
• Adapt and clean hand-drawn art into high-quality vector files ready for print.
• Create flawless print layouts for books, covers, and special editions.
• Handle color enhancement, typography, and design elements with sensitivity to tone and energy.
• Format art for various platforms (IngramSpark, Amazon KDP, Printify, local printers, and digital downloads).
• Design marketing materials (product mockups, promotional PDFs, and banners).
• Manage project timelines, ensuring consistency, precision, and timely delivery.
• Communicate clearly and proactively—asking questions and double-checking specs to preserve original art.

?

???? Skills & Tools
• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (advanced proficiency required).
• Print Design Expertise: Bleeds, CMYK color profiles, spine layout, and print-ready formatting.
• Book Layout Experience: Comfortable designing multi-page books (especially for IngramSpark, KDP, or similar platforms).
• File Preparation: Exporting high-quality PDFs, soft proofing, and ensuring consistent color across formats.
• Digital Adaptation: Creating web-optimized images and social content aligned with brand style.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small issues (alignment, color tone, spacing, cropping) before print.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (like Adobe Firefly, Canva, or other layout accelerators) a plus.
• Optional bonus: Experience with print-on-demand platforms or fine art reproduction.

?

???? Who You Are
• A friendly, professional, detail-oriented designer with a refined aesthetic.
• Fluent in English and comfortable with creative direction and deadlines.
• Deeply respectful of preserving original art and enhancing it with care.
• Passionate about spiritual, feminine, and transformative art.
• Excited to grow with an artist and contribute to meaningful creative projects.

Morgan’s artwork celebrates feminine empowerment, motherhood, creativity, sensuality, and friendship—often depicting elegant, dance-like expressions of the female form that radiate strength and beauty.

?

???? Compensation

Full-Time — $800/month
