Virtual Assistant

I’m looking for a driven, coachable, and people-oriented appointment setter to help me turn new followers and leads into booked calls for my fitness coaching program.

You’ll be responsible for engaging with new leads on social media (mostly TikTok, Instagram and some facebook), building rapport, qualifying them using my script and process, and booking them into my calendar for sales calls.

This is not cold outreach — you’ll be talking to people who have already seen my content & are interested in transforming their bodies and confidence.

Responsibilities
• Daily DM outreach to new followers and engaged leads
• Follow a proven DM framework to qualify potential clients
• Book qualified calls into the calendar
• Track KPIs (messages sent, responses, calls booked, show rates, etc.)
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Maintain communication and alignment with me and any future closer

Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable on Instagram and TikTok (familiar with DM workflows, stories, engagement, etc.)
• High energy, positive attitude, and hunger to grow
• Self-motivated and reliable — able to hit daily targets without micromanagement
• Experience in sales, appointment setting, or online coaching industry preferred (not required — we’ll train the right person)
