UI/UX Web Developer

About the Role:
We are looking for a UI/UX Web Developer who can bridge the gap between design and development.
The ideal candidate is both creative and technical — capable of crafting user-friendly interfaces while also handling backend integration and database operations using Laravel.
You’ll collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless, responsive, and data-driven web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing web interfaces.
• Translate Figma/Adobe XD wireframes into high-quality, reusable front-end code.
• Work with Laravel (PHP) for backend logic, routing, and API development.
• Integrate and manage data through MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
• Collaborate with backend and design teams to ensure UI consistency and usability.
• Conduct usability testing and design improvements based on user feedback.
• Implement authentication and data security using Laravel Sanctum/Passport or JWT.
• Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and accessibility (WCAG compliance).
• Maintain version control using Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of experience working with Laravel (PHP).
• Strong background in UI/UX design and frontend development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js (Angular preferred).
• Proficient in frontend frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind, or Angular Material.
• Solid understanding of database management (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design/prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Experience in UI/UX research, A/B testing, or analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with Git workflow and Agile/Scru ---------- thodology.
• Experience developing or maintaining design systems.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization.
