As a Website Developer at Agile & Co., you’ll be responsible for developing and optimizing websites to deliver top-tier digital experiences for our clients. You will play a critical role in creating and designing landing pages, performing website edits, executing conversion rate optimizations, conducting technical site audits, and implementing necessary fixes. If you’re detail-oriented, creative, and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities
- Create and design high-converting landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
- Make edits and updates to existing websites to improve user experience and performance.
- Perform technical site audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website functionality and SEO.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align website development with marketing campaign goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies to enhance client results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any website bugs or performance issues.
Qualifications
- Experience working on website development projects
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and adjust accordingly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive brainstorming for problem prevention and issue resolution.
- The drive to learn quickly and expand responsibilities.
- Proven experience in website design & development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (other CMS experience is a plus).
- Experience with website performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they apply to website development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
