JOB OVERVIEW

Full-time – Remote

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented tea ---------- mber to manage the full booking process for international students and maintain communication with applicants, property owners and management partners. You will play a key role in ensuring that available accommodations are rented out efficiently and that both sides have a smooth experience.

Main Responsibilities
• Handle daily inquiries from international students via WhatsApp, email, and phone
• Post and manage listings on Facebook groups and other housing platforms
• Respond to messages quickly and professionally to convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Guide applicants through the entire booking process until the contract is signed
• Verify all required documents (ID, enrollment proof, guarantor form, etc.)
• Communicate with landlords and management companies to:
- Keep them updated on the rental status of their properties
- Proactively suggest actions to rent out available rooms faster
- Share applicant updates and coordinate check-ins/check-outs
• Coordinate with the finance department of the management party to confirm deposits and rent payments
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and communication
• Communicate and collaborate daily with internal teams via Slack

Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in sales, property coordination, or customer service
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional and proactive attitude
• Comfortable using Slack, HubSpot, WhatsApp Web, and other cloud tools
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup

Nice to Have (or willing to learn)
• Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry
• Familiarity with the Dutch or European rental market
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple ongoing bookings
• Basic understanding of rental agreements and deposit processes
• Basic Wordpress knowledge

Training & Salary Structure
All new tea ---------- mbers start with a training period salary, during which you will receive continuous guidance and support while learning our internal systems, communication methods, and booking procedures.
During this stage, you’ll work closely with our team to build confidence and accuracy in handling daily tasks.

Once you can manage bookings and client communication independently, your salary will be increased to reflect your level of responsibility, reliability, and performance.

Our team already includes several experienced Filipino VAs who can share honest feedback about their work experience with us.

All recruitment and onboarding are handled by our HR representative based in General Santos City, and the entire process can be completed online for your convenience.

About the Role
You will act as the connecting point between students and property owners.
Your goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent rental process — from first inquiry to signed contract. You will also support our partners by keeping them informed about their listings, monitoring payments, and ensuring quick turnaround for available accommodations.

• Fully remote position

• Lead tracking and keep documentation
• Work hours aligned with Central European Time (CET) 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM.
