JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We’re an Amazon PPC agency building a lean team. You’ll run the end-to-end recruiting pipeline for two roles (Client Success Assistant + Lead Gen VA): write posts, source candidates, pre-screen, run skills tests, schedule interviews, and deliver a tight shortlist. You’ll also create basic hiring SOPs + scorecards we can reuse.

+$100 completion bonus if both hires are made + SOPs delivered

- 10–15 qualified finalists per role, with notes and scorecards.
- 2 hires made (CSA + Lead Gen VA), offers accepted, start dates confirmed.
- Reusable toolkit delivered: job post templates, screening email, skills tests, scorecards, and a candidate tracker (Google Sheet/Notion).

Responsibilities

- Draft and post job ads on OnlineJobs.ph (and similar if needed).
- Source and vet candidates (ID Proof, English, portfolio, activity).
- Run written + practical mini-tasks, check formatting/accuracy/turnaround.
- Schedule interviews, handle comms, and maintain a candidate tracker.
- Present shortlists with pros/cons, risk flags, and salary expectations.
- Build simple SOPs for future hires (we’ll provide a structure).

Requirements

- Proven PH remote recruiting experience (VAs, Lead Gen, CS/Support).
- Strong English, organized comms, fast follow-through.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Docs, Loom, and calendaring.
- Bonus: experience hiring for Amazon/e-com agencies; GoHighLevel familiarity.
