WordPress Web Developer (Divi Experience Preferred)

NetClix Marketing is looking for a creative and detail-oriented WordPress Web Developer to join our team. We design and manage websites for a variety of businesses and need someone who can build modern, functional, and visually appealing sites that help our clients stand out online.

This is a long-term role for the right candidate, with opportunities to expand into digital marketing tasks (SEO, Google Ads, and more).

Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain WordPress websites (Divi theme experience is a big plus, but not required).
-Customize layouts, themes, and plugins to meet client needs.
-Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, responsive, and fast-loading.
-Optimize on-page SEO (title tags, meta descriptions, site speed, etc.).
-Support ongoing site updates and troubleshoot issues.
-Collaborate with the team on creative design ideas.
-(Optional) Assist with digital marketing tasks like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.

Skills & Requirements:
-Strong knowledge of WordPress (experience with Divi theme preferred).
-Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic PHP.
-Eye for design, attention to detail, and ability to create clean, user-friendly websites.
-Understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
-Knowledge of Google Ads and/or social media advertising is a plus.
-Reliable internet and ability to communicate clearly via chat/email.

Work Schedule & Pay:
-Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time to start (negotiable).
-Flexible hours, but must be able to meet deadlines and attend scheduled check-ins.
-Pay: Competitive, based on experience. Please include your expected hourly rate in USD when applying.
