JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a talented Apparel Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Manana Surf Co. and bring fresh, on-brand visuals to life across our tees, hats, and seasonal collections. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-paced, trend-driven environments and can balance creativity with consistency.

You’ll design new graphic concepts weekly, collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure every design reflects our brand identity, seasonal themes, and collaboration partners.

Responsibilities:
- Create original artwork and graphics for t-shirts, hats, and related apparel on a weekly basis.
- Develop designs that reflect seasonal locations, brand collaborations, and current trends.
- Translate brand identity and storytelling into strong, cohesive visual language across products.
- Work with the product and marketing teams to ensure all designs meet quality and brand standards.
- Participate in concept ideation, from sketching and mock-ups to finalized production-ready art files.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets and artwork for production.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in apparel graphic design (tees, hats, or similar).
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience designing graphics for apparel.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.
- Deep understanding of color, typography, composition, and garment printing techniques.
- Ability to work quickly and deliver high-quality designs on tight deadlines.
- Passion for culture, trends, and lifestyle branding.

Design Test Requirement:
All applicants must complete a design test to evaluate their understanding of our brand identity, visual direction, and design quality. Only candidates who successfully complete this step will be considered for the role.
