Role Summary — Appointment Setter
Position: Appointment Setter (Remote)
Hours: ~5 hours/day, 6 days/week (between 08:00–20:00 CET) – flexible hours, no calls needed
Compensation:
• $150/month starting base
• +5% commission on every closed deal you help book
• Fast-growth track for high performers
Responsibilities:
• Manage messages through company Instagram and email
• Record and send short 4-5 minutes Loom video audits for local businesses
• Book appointments for the sales team using proven chat systems
Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proactive mindset and communication skills
• High attention to detail and time discipline
• Comfortable with video tools (Loom, Notion, Slack) -just recording/ not live
Experience:
• No prior experience required — full training provided
• Bonus if you’ve worked in customer service or with clients in any form

Training & Support
You’ll have access to full training via Notion, Loom, and Slack.
You’ll also receive personal feedback and guidance throughout:
Induction Program (3 weeks) after 1 week training selection:
• Week 1: Chat strategy, fluency, audit examples (agreement)
• Week 2: Live chat simulations and voice training
• Week 3: Real simulations and onboarding to real company profiles (start getting retainer + commissions)
