We are now building a global sourcing network for scrap copper wire, cable waste, and other recyclable feedstock materials to supply our future processing and trading operations in Mexico, the U.S., and partner regions worldwide.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to join BBC’s expansion phase and help establish direct supply partnerships with recyclers, collectors, and exporters.


Position Overview

The Global Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, verifying, and managing suppliers of scrap copper wire, e-waste, and non-ferrous metals in Asia, Latin America, and Africa.

The role focuses on building long-term supplier relationships, verifying product quality, and coordinating logistics to deliver consistent, export-ready volumes.


Key Responsibilities

- Source insulated copper wire scrap (0.5–1.6mm) and other non-ferrous materials.
-Build and manage supplier relationships in the Philippines, Mexico, Colombia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Africa.
-Verify supplier legitimacy (photos, videos, licenses, references).
-Negotiate pricing, recovery yields, and delivery terms (FOB/CIF).
-Coordinate shipments to designated warehouses or buyer facilities once contracts are finalized.
-Maintain organized supplier data and weekly market price reports.
-Collaborate with management on sourcing strategies and potential regional partnerships.


Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in scrap metal sourcing, industrial procurement, or commodities trading.
-Strong network of recyclers, collectors, or brokers — ideally with copper or e-waste background.
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
-Must be trustworthy, proactive, and results-driven.
-Ability to work remotely and coordinate across time zones.


Compensation
-Base pay: Based on experience and region.
-Commission: On each verified supplier deal or shipment.
-Bonuses: For exclusive or high-volume sourcing partnerships.
-Travel and communication expenses reimbursed.
