We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to support both companies by managing recruitment, onboarding, HR processes, compliance tracking, creating SOPs and team development. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where deadlines are tight and multitasking is key, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
-Recruitment & Hiring – Source, screen, and interview top talent for various positions (electricians, apprentices, hospitality staff, and support roles).
-Employee Onboarding & Offboarding – Ensure new hires are set up for success and exits are handled smoothly and professionally.
-Performance & Development Tracking – Monitor employee performance, facilitate evaluations, and support professional growth.
-HR Compliance & Benefits Management – Oversee benefits, payroll coordination, and adherence to employment laws and company policies.
-Time & Attendance Management – Track sick days, vacation time, and overall workforce scheduling.
-Certification & Training Oversight – Ensure tea
-HR Policy & Process Development – Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR functions to ensure efficiency and consistency.
-Employee Relations – Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and team engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work culture.
-Work Under Pressure & Tight Deadlines – Quickly adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks at once, and ensure hiring and HR operations run smoothly—even in fast-moving situations.
Who You Are:
-HR & Recruitment Experience – 2-3 years in HR, recruiting, or a related role (experience in electrical trades or hospitality is a bonus).
-Process-Oriented & Detail-Focused – Skilled at creating structured workflows and tracking key HR metrics.
-Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using HR tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and software like QuickBooks, Dext, and Google --Workspace and hiring sites like Indeed and Onlinejobs.ph.
-Strong Communicator – Able to assess both technical skills and cultural fit while building strong relationships across teams.
-Problem-Solver – Quick thinker with a proactive approach to hiring, retention, and process improvement.
-Self-Starter Who Thrives Under Pressure – Can work independently or as part of a team, staying focused and efficient even with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
-Fast-Paced & Adaptable – Able to shift gears quickly, handle urgent hiring needs, and manage HR functions in dynamic, high-energy environments.
