Urgent Hiring: Pod Leader – Digital Marketing Agency

We are a Singapore-based sustainable growth marketing agency seeking an experienced and results-driven Pod Leader to join our team.

This is a senior leadership, client-facing role for a seasoned digital marketing professional with proven expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and performance-driven growth strategy.

You’ll serve as a strategic architect and leader — guiding a pod of account managers and performance marketers to deliver measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee a portfolio of clients and lead a team of performance marketers and account managers to drive client growth objectives.
- Act as the primary client contact for digital marketing strategies — owning relationships, strategy presentations, and performance reviews.
- Develop high-level marketing strategies across Google Ads, SEO, and complementary channels, aligning them to client business goals.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization to deliver predictable, scalable results (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
- Evaluate and improve clients’ digital ecosystems — including ad strategy, landing page performance, and SEO visibility.
- Drive continuous performance improvement through data insights, testing frameworks, and tactical execution.
- Partner with agency leadership on forecasting, revenue retention, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements / Qualifications

- Minimum 3–5 years of senior-level digital marketing experience in a performance-focused or integrated agency.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads strategy and paid media optimization — with hands-on experience creating WINNING ad campaigns.
- Proven expertise in SEO strategy development — from technical SEO to content and link-building.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and leading strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving alignment across account management, media, and creative functions.
- Proficiency in digital analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio, Supermetrics) with a strong data-driven approach.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment.

Starting Salary: PHP 150,000 / month (depending on experience)
