Influencer marketing manager

We are looking for a full-time Influencer Marketing Manager based in the Philippines to manage our TikTok influencer program in the Netherlands (Dutch market).

Role Overview

You will be responsible for finding, onboarding, and managing Dutch TikTok creators who promote PurityLabs products. Each creator will receive a monthly base fee + affiliate commission, and your role is to ensure:

They post 30 TikToks per month each (1 per day)

They stay compliant (no testosterone or medical claims; only focus, vitality, energy, libido, minerals)

Sales are tracked and reported properly

Communication and relationships are managed professionally

Key Responsibilities

Creator Outreach: Identify and contact Dutch TikTok creators in fitness, wellness, and lifestyle.

Onboarding: Negotiate and agree on partnership terms ($300/month + 30?filiate commission).

Product Seeding: Collect shipping info and coordinate shipments with our logistics team.

Affiliate Setup: Generate unique affiliate links and discount codes for each creator.

Content Tracking: Ensure each creator uploads 30 TikToks per month. Collect and track video links, engagement, and sales data.

Compliance Monitoring: Review content to ensure no unapproved claims are made.

Payments: Record and manage monthly base + commission payouts via PayPal/Bank transfer.

Reporting: Prepare weekly updates and detailed monthly reports (ROI, sales, top creators).

Relationship Management: Maintain positive, professional communication with creators.

Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Experience in influencer management, affiliate marketing, or social media management preferred.

Strong knowledge of TikTok as a platform.

Comfortable working with Google Sheets, affiliate tracking software, and online communication tools.

Able to work independently and hit deadlines without close supervision.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Salary: $300 fixed and $50 bonus per creator added (capped at $800 per month).
