Now, we’re building a TikTok Shop empire — and we’re looking for a specialist who’s already been in the trenches of TikTok Shop.
You’ve built brands. You’ve managed creators. You understand virality not as luck — but as applied psychology.

Your mission:
Turn our TikTok Shop into a viral, community-driven sales machine that sells product like hotcakes and builds a loyal audience behind our brands.
???? Your Responsibilities
You’ll take full ownership of TikTok Shop growth:
???? Content Strategy & Hooks
Deeply understand human psychology: what stops the scroll, what sparks emotion, what makes people buy.
Analyse trends and build a library of high-performing hooks, sounds, and video structures.
Review performance data weekly to tweak what’s working and what’s not.
???? Platform Mastery
Know TikTok Shop Seller Centre inside-out — product listings, campaign participation, analytics, and discount strategy.
Understand TikTok’s algorithm, its push/pull mechanics, and how consumer behaviour shifts through the week/month/season.
???? Creator & Community Management
Recruit, brief, and manage UGC creators and affiliates.
Create clear content briefs, do’s & don’ts, tone guides, and talking points.
Build and nurture a community of loyal buyers and creators who hype our products organically.
???? TikTok Ads & Optimisation
Run and optimise TikTok ads for conversions and community growth.
Test creatives, analyse CTRs, and double down on winners.
???? Product Research
Constantly track viral product trends.
Identify seasonal opportunities (e.g. Valentine’s, Christmas, Halloween) and help us launch smart and fast.
???? Customer Interaction
Handle light customer service on TikTok — reply to comments and DMs in a brand voice that sells without sounding salesy.

Have proven TikTok Shop experience — ideally with case studies or examples of brands you’ve grown.
Understand human emotion, storytelling, and social proof.
Can edit short-form videos or brief editors precisely.
Know what performs and why (CTR, watch time, conversion hooks).
Can manage multiple creators while keeping a consistent tone across the brand.
Are obsessed with TikTok trends — your For You Page is basically your R&D lab.
Have experience using CapCut, TikTok Ads Manager, Shop Seller Centre, and possibly affiliate tools.
Bonus if you’re comfortable writing copy and captions that convert.
