Your responsibilities:
Assist clients with account-related queries and ensure a smooth resolution to their concerns.
Troubleshoot, replicate, and resolve technical issues.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate engineering team.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions, issues, and resolutions in ClickUp, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and exhibit a proactive approach and initiative in addressing challenges.
