We’re looking for a Video Editor & Content Strategist to join our team and support Mariana Lennert – Founder of The Queen Collective, in creating high-quality, emotionally resonant, and visually stunning content across Instagram and YouTube.

? What You’ll Do
• Edit short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, and clips) that feels professional, clean, and deeply engaging.
• Repurpose longer videos (masterclasses, retreats, speaking engagements) into scroll-stopping short clips.
• Bring creative ideas to enhance storytelling, hooks, captions, and visual flow in alignment with the brand.
• Stay ahead of Instagram & YouTube algorithms, trends, and growth strategies to optimize visibility and engagement.
• Manage content organization, planning, and delivery to maintain consistency and high standards.
• Support Mariana’s clients by editing their short-form videos and providing creative input when required.

• A creative storyteller who understands emotional pacing, energy, and brand tone.
• Proficient in CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong experience in editing short-form content.
• Deep understanding of social media strategy, trends, and performance analytics.
• Excellent communication skills — clear, timely, and proactive in collaborating with the team.
• Highly organized and productive, managing multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-driven, reliable, and able to deliver high-quality work without micromanagement.
• Passionate about women’s empowerment, transformation, and purposeful content creation.
• Open to feedback, continuous learning, and growing within a mission-led brand.
