As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who is organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to multiple areas of our business — including marketing, quality assurance, and training development through our upcoming Klinger University program.
Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with daily administrative tasks, marketing activities, research, and internal projects. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly, support marketing initiatives, and assist in developing internal training resources.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) — review deliverables, check accuracy, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Support Marketing Tasks — social media scheduling,
Conduct Lead Generation & Research — identify potential clients, verify contact details, and organize lead lists.
Assist with Calls — schedule appointments, follow up with clients, and coordinate with tea
Provide Administrative Support — manage calendars, organize files, and maintain accurate records.
Help Coordinate Projects — monitor deadlines, organize tasks, and support tea
Manage Data Entry & CRM updates — ensure information is complete, current, and accurate.
Generate Reports — compile data for marketing, sales, and operations.
Assist in Building Klinger University — help develop and format training materials, upload content to our internal learning hub, and manage resource organization.
Perform Other Duties as Assigned, offering flexible support where needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Support Specialist
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRMs, and project management tools
Familiar with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to learn about the insurance industry and internal systems
Nice to Have
Background in insurance, marketing, or customer support
Experience using GoHighLevel, Canva, or similar tools
Knowledge of U.S. business culture or previous experience working with U.S.-based teams
