TrustClub is an invite-only trust network that allows strangers to trust each other and helps businesses reduce risk and increase profitability. Members earn and use Trust Points to access services, loans, jobs and other opportunities.
We are a UK based technology startup business with the goal of creating a global network of trusted members who do better in life, because others can trust them. We are growing our network in the Philippines and seeking local managers to drive adoption.

Role
You will build partnerships and recruit members to TrustClub in Bulacan first, then train local teams, move on to other Provinces within the Philippines and in the future, potentially abroad.
The role requires entrepreneurial drive and the ability to pitch and teach how a high trust environment benefits communities and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee onboarding local businesses and community leaders as TrustClub partners
Represent TrustClub at local events and organise events for TrustClub
Oversee onboarding of new members and teaching of the Trust Principles
Train local teams, first in Bulacan then in other provinces in the Philippines & abroad
Collect feedback from users and help shape TrustClub’s strategy

Requirements
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Based in Manila or Bulacan, with knowledge of business networks and communities
Proven entrepreneurial mindset; ideally has run or managed a business
5 Years of experience in business development or sales
Self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision
Bonus: Familiarity with lending, microfinance, or community financing

Work Setup and Compensation
Base stipend: Php 50,000/month
Commission income: Potential for additional Php 80, ---------- ,000/month
Company shares negotiable
Includes flexible work-from-home, field work in the province and calls at evening hours
