JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
As a Product Development Admin Assistant, you will support the Product Development (PD) team by organizing and managing essential product documentation and assisting with administrative tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring that all product-related files, specifications, and data are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, managing tasks efficiently to support smooth product development processes.

Our working hour is from Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm GMT+8.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining detailed product documentation, including product specifications, requirements, and production timelines.
• Organize and manage product-related files (both digital and physical) to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility for the PD team.
• Support the team with administrative duties such as documentation, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Create and maintain barcodes, labels, and related product information for factory production and ensure compliance with product standards.
• Coordinate and assist in the preparation of product samples, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the PD team.

Requirements:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong attention to detail: Ensure accuracy and completeness in all documentation and files.
• Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain organized records.
• Independence and ownership: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and ensure tasks are completed without constant supervision.
• Basic technical skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital file management systems.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with various teams.
• Familiarity with Monitask for tracking.
• No moonlighting is allowed during work hours.
