Our core clients are in the gaming industry, specifically i-casino and iGaming companies. We help them improve their platforms by enhancing user engagement and providing new opportunities for growth. Our goal is to ensure that our clients experience an excellent digital that is interactive and dynamic.
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-savvy Social Media Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. You will play a key role in shaping and managing our brand’s online presence, driving community engagement, and building our social media footprint across platforms relevant to the iGaming and tech industries.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in social media management and is passionate about delivering innovative and engaging content that resonates with diverse digital audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement strategic, data-driven social media plans aligned with the iGaming brand’s marketing, user acquisition, and retention goals.
• Maintain and optimize multi-platform content calendars (Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube,
• Define and track KPIs such as engagement, CTR, conversion, CPA, and LTV; regularly refine strategies to meet growth targets.
Content Creation & Management
• Produce and curate engaging, high-impact content tailored for the iGaming audience—including promotions, gameplay highlights, live event coverage, tutorials, player testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Craft compelling captions and storylines that drive interaction while maintaining brand consistency and tone across all channels.
• Content creation, Posting to deliver creative assets optimized for both organic reach and paid performance.
• Ensure all content complies with regional and international iGaming regulations, including responsible gambling messaging, age restrictions, and platform-specific ad and content policies.
Paid Social Media & Meta Ads Traffic
• Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like
• Work with marketing teams to create and test different ad versions, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies.
• Create content tailored for each platform that balances entertainment, clear offers, and brand messaging.
• Track campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics etc. focusing on key metrics like clicks, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and conversion rates.
• Regularly improve ad results by testing creatives, updating targeting, adjusting budgets, and refreshing content.
• Make sure all ads follow advertising rules such as age restrictions, clear bonus terms, responsible gambling messages, and region-specific legal requirements.
• Stay updated on ad policy changes across platforms (like Meta and TikTok etc.) to avoid disapprovals and ensure campaigns stay compliant.
• handle PPC advertising (both white hat and black hat strategies).
Community Engagement
• Build, manage, and grow a vibrant online community through active engagement in comments, DMs, mentions, forums, and real-time conversations.
• Monitor sentiment, escalate issues, and foster trust within the player community while upholding brand voice and regulatory standards.
• Moderate user-generated content and discussions to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and compliant social environment.
Campaigns, Partnerships & Promotions
• Launch and manage influencer partnerships, bonus campaigns, tournaments, giveaways, and co-branded promotions.
• Coordinate with affiliates, streamers, and content creators to amplify social reach and community involvement.
• Manage cross-channel campaign execution to align with major iGaming events, new game rollouts, and seasonal offers.
Analytics & Optimization
• Monitor, report, and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics etc.
• Use data insights to inform creative direction, posting cadence, audience targeting, and platform prioritization.
• Conduct A/B testing on content formats, ads, and audience segments to continually improve engagement and acquisition results.
Compliance & Brand Safety
• Ensure that all social content (organic and paid) adheres to local and international advertising laws governing real-money gaming (e.g., UKGC, MGA, Curacao).
• Apply age gating, content warnings, and promotional disclaimers where required by law or platform policies.
• Proactively monitor for brand risk, user misconduct, or compliance breaches, and escalate as needed to the relevant teams.
Real-Time & Trend-Driven Marketing
• React quickly to iGaming trends, viral content opportunities, major player wins, or industry news with timely, relevant content.
• Integrate platform trends (memes, reels, sounds, hashtags) responsibly into the content strategy to maintain cultural relevance.
• Monitor competitive activity and social innovation across the iGaming and sports betting landscape.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience managing social media channels; experience in iGaming or payment gateway is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in PPC advertising (both white hat and black hat strategies).
• Proficiency in social media management tools.
• Experience with design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored for each platform.
• Understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of paid social advertising
• Ability to work flexible hours, including during major gaming or sporting events.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, data-driven, and creatively motivated.
