Video Editor for Instagram Reels

I need a video editor for instagram fitness reels. It is high performance sport. focusing on combat sports. I have not posted in a couple of years but I have ideas and content waiting to be edited. It's going to be consistent work, so I need someone reliable and someone who can adjust edits when needed.
