JOB OVERVIEW

A Hawaii-based design and construction team is seeking a Social Media Manager to develop, manage, and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, transforming our video, photo, and design content into engaging posts and campaigns that strengthen our brand visibility in Hawaii and the broader US market.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand goals and target audiences
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
• Write captions, manage posting calendars, and maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetics
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
• Track analytics and engagement metrics to measure growth and performance
• Research and suggest content trends, collaborations, and opportunities to expand reach
• Coordinate with the creative and management teams to align visuals and messaging
• Use ---------- and Google Workspace for task management, planning, and reporting

Qualifications
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for US-based brands or businesses
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and content planning
• Skilled in copywriting, visual storytelling, and community management
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines

Work & Compensation
• Part-time, remote role
