Last month we spent over $150k on Meta ads alone.

We’re looking for a highly creative ad creator to produce 10–20 ads daily (videos or images with long-form copy).

• You’ll source inspiration fro ---------- ta/TikTok Ad Libraries. Organic socail/reddit/YT etc.

• Adapt winning creatives by changing visuals/scripts.

• Deliver ads ready to test in our campaigns.

• Must be diligent, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

• Experience with CapCut strongly preferred.

Starting Compensation:

Performance-based: $100 for each ad that scales past $2k ad spend.
We currently spend $150/mo. So this is common.
This has the potential to make $5-10k/mo.
