The Role

We’re looking for a Product Listing Lead VA who can own the entire PDP build process — from product research and review mining through to copy and imagery handoff.

This isn’t a data-entry role. You’ll run advanced SOPs using AI (NLP message mining + ChatGPT copy generation) to produce accurate, on-brand Shopify product listings that convert.

What You’ll Do

1?? Product Research + Sourcing

Identify high-potential products via Temu, AliExpress, Amazon, and eBay using brand-aligned keywords.

Source 3 supplier options per product with pricing, variants, and shipping details.

Enter data accurately into our Master Sheet for approval.

2?? Review Data Mining

Scrape 100–300 authentic product reviews using Instant Data Scraper.

Upload CSVs for NLP processing and ensure data quality and structure.

3?? Message Mining / NLP Analysis

Run advanced ChatGPT analysis (SOP Part 1).

Check insight accuracy before handoff to Copy GPT.

4?? Copy + Imagery Brief Generation

Use ChatGPT (SOP Part 2) to generate Shopify-ready copy and imagery briefs.

Populate Google Docs and ensure formatting consistency for handoff to Imagery Lead and Copy Approver.

5?? Workflow & Reporting

Maintain real-time status in the Master Sheet.

Collaborate with cross-functional leads to meet weekly output targets.

Flag process bottlenecks or data issues immediately.

What We’re Looking For

? Proven experience as a Shopify VA, Product Researcher, or E-Commerce Operator.
? Strong English writing skills and extreme attention to detail.
? Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Instant Data Scraper).
? Process-driven thinker who follows SOPs precisely.
? Delivers accurate work fast — no hand-holding required.
