FULL-TIME EXECUTIVE & SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT (Work From Home | $650/month | Long-Term Role)

Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours with at least four hours overlap with U.S. Central Time (1 PM–6 PM CST)

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, organized, and reliable Executive & Social Media Assistant to support an entrepreneur in the U.S. who works in impact investing, real estate, and community development. You will help manage his personal brand, handle online communications, organize CRM pipelines, and make sure every meeting and opportunity moves forward. Full training and ongoing guidance will be provided. This is a long-term position with real growth potential.

Daily Responsibilities: You will manage and schedule social media posts on LinkedIn. You will schedule and follow up on meeting deliverables by sending professional emails and messages using Gmail. You will log, update Fathom notes, and organize contacts, pipelines, and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM. You will send outreach and follow-up campaigns using GMass and track responses. You will schedule and confir ---------- etings in Google Calendar with Calendly links and professionally respond to meeting requests. Each day you will send a short report summarizing completed work and next steps.

Required Skills and Experience: At least one year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Assistant, or Administrative VA. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong attention to detail and time management. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs). Experience with HubSpot or GMass is preferred but not required as training will be provided.

Bonus Skills (Not Required): Basic Canva or content creation ability. Familiarity with ---------- or Trello. Basic knowledge of social media analytics or engagement strategies. Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT.

Schedule and Benefits: Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling as long as there is overlap during U.S. hours.
