We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Social Media/Customer Service agent to work with our two sister companies. This role involves managing customer inquiries, leveraging AI tools for content creation, and engaging with our community across multiple channels to ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities
Platform Governance: Manage job posting services and ensure compliance with posting requirements for OrangeJuiced Job Boards.

Customer Support: Respond to inquiries via support@ emails, Twitter, and potentially other platforms such as ---------- , Reddit, or Telegram as needed, using provided scripts.
